Globant: Humanising their customer story with Nissan
In the tech world, you need to seize every opportunity to differentiate your brand – and customer stories do just that.
The relationship you build with your customers is far more differentiated than any product or feature. It gives you something unique, emotive, and captivating. Add to this the fact that B2B buyers are researching options before they get in touch with a vendor and it’s a no-brainer why B2B customer stories are such a persuasive tool for tech brands.
But beyond the obvious reasons, there are ways to create more value. For example, they can be reused for a client’s internal audiences as well. A perfect example of this is Globant, a global digital transformation company, which partnered with us to create a versatile and engaging customer story video featuring their long-term client, Nissan.
Humanising technology
We embarked on a mission to humanise their technology through this project. Our goal was to go beyond the surface and capture the broader vision of Nissan’s customer experience, delve into the dynamics of the relationship with Globant, and showcase how they transformed Nissan’s way of working.
To do this, we crafted thought-provoking questions for the people involved. This wasn’t so they could script them, but to make them feel relaxed and comfortable during filming.
We created a vibrant look and feel for the video, giving it a distinct identity. We partnered with Omni Productions to bring this to life as our production specialists. Careful attention was paid to details, including the selection of location, colours, graphical treatments, and filming style. The result? A video that truly tells the customer’s story.
Our goal was to give viewers the feeling of being right there behind the camera during the filming. We wanted to evoke the sense of being a real and unfiltered experience, putting the interviewees on the spot getting their honest views on the project and their valuable opinions.
Our approach made sure they had bang for their buck. Firstly, it showcased how Globant played a pivotal role in Nissan’s journey to transform its customer experience (CX transformation). Secondly, Nissan leveraged it internally to demonstrate the collaborative process they went through and the remarkable achievements they accomplished together with Globant.
This customer story not only cements Globant’s relationship with Nissan but also humanised its technology. It shows why Globant and Nissan make a dream team and offers a sneak peek into their remarkable collaboration. A true testament to the power of B2B customer stories in the tech industry.
A grid structure that builds a secure platform
The new visual grid system allows them to communicate with greater effectiveness. Every element is influenced by the square and built upon the same grid. It not only gives them consistency with the visual language, but also creates ownership, uniqueness and bespoke design.
