Sinch: Global CX Survey
Sinch approached us to supercharge its ‘Customer experience in 2022’ survey. They were looking to elevate the 2022 survey report into an interactive digital experience – alongside publishing a downloadable static PDF, they’d utilise a landing page, animation and teaser social campaign – all tied together with a consistent, recognisable visual language.

Perfection in simplicity
It was important for us to focus on simplicity and adhere to the Scandinavian principle of ‘Lagom’ (just the right amount).
We worked with Sinch to ensure the team had all the assets they needed for a successful launch, including a landing page, social assets, and an interactive and PDF version of the report. The series of social posts we created highlighted some of the key findings from the report to drive traffic to the 2022 State of Consumer Experience landing page. We also produced a teaser animation to create intrigue and drive engagement.
We adhered to the Sinch brand guidelines to ensure that each element of the project is a consistent representation of the brand while applying our creative license to create distinct assets that are a good representation of the report and the concept of ‘brave new world’.
